Happy Bike Month!

Happy National Bike Month! Some day in the next year I will upgrade back to an electric bike. For now I am using non-electrical. To celebrate I am watching Murder She Wrote streaming on the Roku channel because she is on a bicycle so much I am starting to think it was sponsored by bicycle manufacturing. It suggests that is how you survive to become an attractive older woman by being on a bicycle all the time. My review is the show is hilarious.

Hacked Chapter 2

I got hacked this week, and can't be reached well. Turns out there's things called RAT viruses called Remote Access Trojan computer viruses. It is why you don't want to click on strange e-mail links, and strange text messages links, but also they can do Remote Access over the phone in a call as well. Thanks to all the people who called, and mailed me many repair fix ideas. Unfortunately revoking access, reinstalled Windows, and returns to default settings all did not work, my computer is still crashed, and I am going to be offline on my computer a bit. The scammers are evil at making scams seem realistic, and faked being trusted workers at my school. I will never trust workers claiming to be my school again no matter how trustworthy they claim to be as some of them are disgruntled human sewage. I will change all my passwords this week in addition.

*Note it was not fake workers pretending to be University of Phoenix. It was their real workers, called from their real hotline on their real logged in website that gained remote access, and put 15 spyware viruses on my computer crashing it which virus protection had marked clean right before the call.

Phoenix Computer Crash

A University of Phoenix worker crashed my computer yesterday. Any recommendations on how to get control back? A female in the financial department demanded to have remote control over my computer. There was no task that remote control was needed for in her directions for signing online student loan papers so it seemed odd to me. I have taken University computer use classes in Louisiana where the teacher said never give remote control of your computer to a help desk caller it will crash your computer. Yet I wanted my loans signed fast so I stupidly agreed. Bam, the computer crashed right after the call. It never worked again. It was working perfectly before the call. I had a paper due that night and had to write it on Google documents on my phone. Often I use the library computers 2 miles from my house for home work what if she had crashed a government library computer? A word of advice to anyone online reading this people working at phone help support desks are often petty and vengeful; they will try to crash people's computers remotely, and you should never agree to remote control. Not only do I use my computer for school, but also I use it to get jobs at work. Luckily I had several relatives agree to loan me an extra computer, and the library nearby can transfer text from my tablet and phone into Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documents. How do I get it working again the computer was new?

At long last the doctor's office note says I am off quarantine. This is my third case of COVID, but my vaccine injections have always been current. My last vaccine was less than two months ago. The science on the shots is glitchy at best.

I got COVID last week, and doctors verified it in the St Francis Emergency room today. I got super sick last week after biking a week ago, and it got worse instead of better. At first I thought it was really bad allergies, but it was not. COVID may not be in the news anymore, but it is still out there.

New Rack

I got a new bicycle rack this weekend for bike camping in DC. I have collected toy panda bears since I was a little kid, and at long last real ones are nearby at the Zoo. I'd better see them quickly before some weird political fight sends them away again for good. I also plan to bring one million gallons of anti mosquito lights, nets, and spray because yes I have camped in Virginia before and they have the "no see them" near-invisible breed of mosquito.

New Rack New Travel

Good news as I got a new bicycle rack and invited to go to DC travel. The next few weekends I will be going away on extra long trips to DC and Maryland towns to stay at friends houses and camping. I have seen nothing but a horrible toilet for nightlife in middle Virginia, but I have a car and can get away so it all works out. Sometimes you have to have a bad weekend to remind you of how great the good ones are. Thank heavens for good concerts, camping, bike trails, and bike groups in the area or my eyeballs would explode with boredom.

Toilet Dumpster

Richmond, VA night life is a toilet dumpster of pain. Every social spot is the ugliest sewage pit I have ever seen. I thank all the gods in all the heavens in my childhood I lived in better towns like Austin and New Orleans, and so know to flee away from the human garbage that is all I have seen near Richmond. My life is instantly better the second I go away from the town, and my every goal is centered around moving FAR away from Richmond, VA. I saw a nice webpage showing a fun looking night spot near Richmond, and tried it tonight. It was all Photoshop. The place was so ugly it made me want to vomit within seconds. I could not even go in it was ugly just walking near the window. It was a real dumpster fire.

First Month Phoenix

I made all A grades in my first month as a University of Phoenix Master's Degree student in the Masters of Education program. I have been planning on enrolling for years, but my student loans were blocked. Also it is intimidating going to school as an adult, and juggling my teaching day job with night school. This is why I went to online school as it is organized well for working adults. Thankfully, the conflict is resolved and school is going well this month. I enjoy having real challenges for the year.

School Placement

I am so glad the hiring event I went to today confirmed I am able to get a school job placement in other towns. The night school program I am taking has jobs in far away towns on the border of Virginia and other states so I can get out of this horror toilet state for road trips on the weekends. All the Valentine's Day store items make me hate Richmond more completely. I used to enjoy weekend dating when I was younger, but in Richmond, VA I have only met the most disgusting abusive human sewage I have ever seen in my life. The pathetic night life makes meeting people impossible. The loneliness of this pain pit is indescribable agony.

This week's podcast may be delayed as I am registering for night school to get certifications I need for more work hours in teaching jobs. My book recommendations may go from fun weekend fiction to University textbook commentary this month. I may be obsessed with reading animal rights books because I will miss having a president agreeing with the cause in the White House. Wild biting shelter dogs never bit him. 2025 Resolution Update

Woot I got the 30 day streak badge on the Sunny Heath and Fitness app. You can use their equipment for extra points, or use it for free with other equipment you own already. It is thousands cheaper than Peleton. My mom and daughter ate dinner with me around Christmas time, and they made what seemed like one million cakes and pies. I am trying not to let the calories do what they want to do on my thighs. In addition this is my last post on social media for a while. The other day one of my students quoted a social media post I made back to me from weeks ago. I never try to add students to my accounts, and it is against school policy. A few of my student friends from High School and University are all I want to see viewing my posts. Unfortunately students have older friends, older family members, and make fake accounts for Internet stalking. Your life is pretty pathetic if stalking a single mom teacher online is the one way you can feel excitement in your life. So I am taking a break from social media on the Internet, as it seems nice educated student people never communicate with me on social media anymore and trolls, scammers, and haters have become the entire population of the Internet. I blame Internet phones greatly because when a $2000 desktop PC was the one way to go online nice and fun student people were 99% of the Internet. I couldn't wait to open my e-mails to see all the party and concert invitations near campus that were not fake scams. Once prepaid Internet phones started to be sold next to pawn shops in strip malls the Internet was almost all trolls, con-artists, and porn spam overnight. Fitness apps are the only good thing left online, and my latest New Year's Resolution is to only post family or fitness app related content if I ever post again. People who are depressed cannot get out of bed much less do many workouts, and I am showing off my positive view on life.

Many thanks to my friends from New Orleans that sent me information about their safety this week. It is nice to know we still stay in contact over the years and are still friends. I used to live less than ten miles from the Quarter in an apartment by myself for years. It is strange New Orleans had ramming safety barriers, but skipped using them that night. Every concert I go to lately has guards, bag checks, and pat-downs. Some will not even allow normal sized purses. I thought they were paranoid, but that is the right amount of carefully watching customers in dark times.

Snow Armageddon

I am a teacher, and school has been cancelled for three days now by a Snow Armageddon. Below are some snow covered decorations looking pretty. It is a good thing I found some good fitness hobbies. I would be bouncing off the walls by now without them. My sleeping pillow loves the rest, but my wallet will hate this by the end of the month. Three credit cards gave me threats yesterday on the phone. Bills do not pay themselves these days, and this snow needs to let up to give me work.

Resolution Keeping

I'm keeping my New Year's resolution of doing more types of fitness using the free Sunny Heath app. I lost 5 pounds in 7 days. Being obese fat increases 13 types of cancer's risk a problem I don't want. The videos are free, and you don't have to buy their equipment. They will however show commercials for their equipment because that is their job. Hundreds of videos on yoga, kick boxing, Pilates, treadmills, magnetic bikes, and more are on their app and Sunny Heath and Fitness YouTube. The videos are by professional personal trainers. I just got a badge for doing 600 fitness workout minutes there. I give them a 5 star review because it is the best working affordable thing I have tried in years.

Dear New Orleans friends please check in on blogs or social. Let me know if you are okay. I am working teaching jobs right now because I graduated University with a bachelor's in New Orleans before hurricane Katrina, and my completed high school diploma party was in Austin, TX. I still visit friends every year or two in these areas for birthdays, baby showers, concerts, and anniversary parties. I was scheduled to go to New Orleans for New Year's this year, and would have been right next to Bourbon Street on New Year's Eve. I was in a pretty dark mood when my car broke down and I had to cancel all my December plans, and missed friend time. It seemed like random horrible luck. Now I know someone must have been praying for me pretty hard, and the bad luck was good. There was a horrible bombing on Bourbon Street in New Orleans on New Year's Eve, and now I live in fear that people I know may have been sitting right there in areas I recognize on TV news. I have gotten some texts, but some more messages would be appreciated.
