2026 Certificate Done
I just finished the Clinical Research Certification by CITI by University in Florida. The accredited 15 class vocational certificate was hard, but I understand medical science and statistics far better for healthcare. It even has a great link for reposting on LinkedIn.
Women Created Equal
"All Men Are Created Equal" is a famous phrase from the Declaration of Independence signed July 4th of 1776. The document is the origin of the July 4th holiday. It has an iconic phrase declaring women unequal. I have returned to school this year, and ironically noticed for the first 200 years of American history women were refused the ability to go to universities at all. Men could easily say women were constantly stupid, drunk, or insane as an excuse to mentally and physically abuse them, and they had no way to prove the lies wrong. It constantly perpetuated cycles of abuse leaving women broke, abandoned, and alone without education. The 4th of July is a great holiday, but never forget it had a promise of freedom few people got to enjoy. In recent history lawmakers have tried to strip women of their rights, and it is important to remember the "good old days" were not always good. At the time of the Declaration of Independence women were not allowed an education in most places. Separate schools had to be created as women-only institutions as women were blamed when men could not control themselves at all in work and school.

Nursing Class
I just got confirmation I am enrolled in nursing healthcare classes for August of this year. The receipt was in my email today, and am now buying scrubs. I have been teaching for years, but I need to change to make more money. They keep saying in a couple more weeks they are going to make me a "real" teacher with benefits, and YEARS have passed with no real job. I have been applying, and trying to get interviewed. They won't do it! Time to change to a more high demand job as I can't wait forever.http://fh7books.com/2026/07/03/nursing-class/
Vomit Sale
Food Lion did not remove Zapps chips, and put them on sale this week super cheap. I was thrilled to find tasty food I usually don't buy due to expensive prices on sale, and bought many packs of the ranch brand under recall and the one pictured here. They are under recall, and should have tossed them out, but they were priced to entice the purchased MORE of them. So I had to use several packs of Immodium and Pepto Bismo in extreme pain as I was willfully given food poisoning by Virginia people. I have been ultra super-sick. I need to make a weekly post called "Virginia is a living Hell" to include all the really horrible stuff going on in this state. This one was really lawsuit worthy. I made A and B honor roll grades as I went to University in New Orleans and got a University degree in New Orleans, and so anything labeled New Orleans style seems extra fun. However, the fun New Orleans thing came to Virginia, and it is a horrible pit of pain and agony that destroys all joy. I cannot even have a single potato chip without agony in the evil land that is Virginia. This is reason 100 I have enrolled in night school class to work better jobs to get out of Virginia: they just went out of their way to put poison food in my pantry. My review is if you own Zapps chips for the love of heaven do not eat them! http://fh7books.com/2026/07/03/vomit-sale/

URL Change
Long live FH7Books.com at WordPress the old URL at FH7publishing.com is dead. Podcasts and other posts are now on FH7Books.com forever. The GoDaddy webpage started to block all users, and was not cheap. I tried moving it to cheaper hosting in a gamble for better service and lost. I only bought a webpage to save photos to someplace other than social media as lawsuits like the one mentioned in the NPR Facebook Contagion article https://www.npr.org/sections/alltechconsidered/2014/06/30/326929138/facebook-manipulates-our-moods-for-science-and-commerce-a-roundup show many forms of social media are VERY harmful. First I just saved pictures on my computer, but a crash destroyed many. Then Yahoo email photos, then Flicker, then Photobucket, then Dropbox, then Facebook, then Google, then Instagram. The flavor of the week changes daily, and one account hack can destroy thousands of photos forever. Google just tried to lock me out of Google drive this month. I am on my fourth Facebook account as abusive ex-boyfriends with tiny computer hacking skills have stalked me on the Internet trying to destroy my social media pages. WordPress.com is the one place in years that has NOT destroyed my digital photos, but it lacked space on the free plan. Now it is my private webpage plan to save years of photos, and to make a personal webpage that is useful again. I will resume doing podcasts as the web transfer hassle ends.
Facebook Study
How are so few people talking about the about the Facebook Emotional Contagion Study where about 700,000 people had their posts manipulated with lies by Facebook, and courts said it was okay due to terms of service saying they can conduct research? I am taking night school classes. Part of the homework was to take the ethics class online at the CITI Program on Social and Behavioral Research clinical section. Some parts of the certificate discussed the Hippocratic Oath and medical privacy which made me want to study healthcare really badly. Some of it discussed unethical practices in clinical research and one part was "Internet-Based Research-SBE" by Alejandro Martinez with a section called "Facebook Emotional Contagion Study and considerations it raised for future researchers and IRB" saying it was lawsuit worthy unethical. I passed the class with all A grades. There were so many lawsuits about lies on Facebook made by Facebook. Why are so few people talking about how Facebook is killing people as lab rats? It is written into their terms of service that they can just manipulate people for research whenever they feel like it. They received no consent from users to do research other than information buried in the terms of service. I quit Facebook before, but I went back on because several of my Texas friends got sick in the hospital and it was the only way to say get well soon. Now I am limiting my posts again because people are highly underestimating how evil Facebook truly is daily. If your phone goes dead there are few printed maps, and no phone books as people have traded most all paper printed information for the digital print. Is that really such a great idea? People need to question how true that is sometimes before it is lawsuit worthy daily. http://fh7books.com/2026/06/30/facebook-emotional-contagion-study/

Dreamhost is Terrible
Never use Dreamhost as they are a nightmare webpage hosting service. First, they say they have low prices. For a tiny free trial time they are affordable then they jack prices ultra high. Then they claim you can transfer your webpage url to another service, but they will never do the transfer. Your new service will say "transfer failed" as Dreamhost says "transfer complete" never doing the move. The URL disappeared, and so you can't restart. Dreamhost is where webpages go to be killed forever. I now see why linktree is so popular, and I am switching there now until I get a new page URL. It is super fun to make up new pages anyway so I am glad for an excuse to never use the death-page. My review is if you are considering moving there I hope Google warns you with this post to stay far away from their page killing nightmare service. #DreamHost Kills Pages

Happy Midsummer
It is the summer solstice weekend this week. In addition to the June 19th celebration it is the summer solstice marking the middle of the light half of the year. Shakespeare's famous play about the night helps to keep the holiday popular in modern life. Farming culture in the olden days took the changing of seasons seriously as bad luck could leave you starved.

North Pole
My health insurance was cut off a month ago because some government worker saw me check into a dinner place in Maryland, and thought I lived there. I have now switched my location on all social media to North Pole, Alaska with Santa Claus to point out how stupid many stalkings of people on social media are in real life. Social media is NOT a verified fact. I really dislike Virginia, and wish I lived in another area. People are buying lottery tickets at gas stations all over the world, and wish they had a different life. They have a fantasy life they want, which is normal. I am now in screaming pain as many medications I need are not getting refilled. I updated my real location a month ago and they still have not processed the paperwork. Earlier this year some kids got attacked at a Virginia school in my district. Men did identity theft to teachers that got pay stubs in the mail and used their identity to be violent, and so now they give pay stubs to no one in the mail. This made the government think I was unemployed and living out of the country. I received no notification before they cut off the health insurance. https://frozenhistory7publishing.wordpress.com/2026/05/13/north-pole/

Got Badge
I got my new badge from my teaching job this week. I have been asked by people why I quit my teaching job to do podcasting. The answer is I have not quit teaching! I currently work as a teacher, podcaster, author, and am going to Grad school at night where I have made A grades. However, the economy is so bad, and the cost of living is so horrible I am still broke. This may be the point that is confusing so many people. #costoflivingbad

New Puter
It was tax refund time, and my old computer crashed. I sprang for an HP Victus laptop. I have gone back to a Master's degree night school program, and have hundreds of reports to write. The same processors that can play games well can also write, type, and print better as I need that badly for grades. Grades get money, scholarships, and jobs eventually. Part of my brain says "no don't spend money," but another part says "if you buy cheap you get cheap, and buy twice." I will write the full review later as I just finished unboxing the thing and it is charging.

No Out Bird
No going out for me this weekend. Internet friends were meeting me at a concert and music night in Maryland, and I was going to be free as a bird. Yet I have gone back to school, and have several papers due this week. Going back to night school means cutting back on fun, and not just saying you are making good grades online. Guess I am going to be an angry bird for a while.

Smart Ironic
There is no such thing as a person who NEVER makes mistakes even if they make few mistakes on school papers and tests. It is always ironic that people good at school are called "smart" people. The professor on the TV show Gilligan's Island could make an energy plant out of coconuts but he could not fix a five foot hole in a boat. How weird is it that no one noticed that as the show was on TV for many years? The Far Side has a famous cartoon of a kid at an honors gifted school pushing a door that says pull. Many people have noticed that school work and perfection are far from the same thing. I am starting a new class for a Master's Degree program tonight, and the irony of learning is really powerful every first day of class.

Tax Jokes
I received no tax information from my teaching job so I have to go chase that down this week. The main office changed locations so that will be an additional challenge. Taxes must be filed by April 15th so the Internet is alive with hilarious government jokes this week.

Electric Car Killed
There is a famous documentary called "Who Killed The Electric Car?" available on IMBD here: https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0489037/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk plus is for sale on Amazon. I had to write many papers on this documentary in extension certificates classes at University. I made A grades on the paper, and in the classes. The famous documentary makes the point that the conflicts and wars generated by fossil fuel profits are not a natural condition. Governments and corporations are intentionally destroying alternative transportation to fossil fuel using cars and trucks. It is not natural and inevitable like the sunrise or ocean tide it is a man made problem that is causing wars, abuse of women, car wrecks, and pollution as a start to the problems. How many women who were desperate for a car ride home from work in the rain, and got far more than they bargained for when they had to be alone with a violent man? When massive profit is only in fossil fuel rich areas violence will follow.

Elephant vs Alien
Every alien show says humans could not build large monolith buildings so aliens may have done it. They never mention many cultures had HUGE workhorse animals by the hundreds. Some even had trained elephants hauling wood and stones. Due to lack of antibiotics and food large human cities had only 50 or 60 people in most cultures 200 years ago or more. Each man could usually only lift around 200 pounds so HUMAN labor could not move things. However, huge stables of tamed horses, deer, elephants and other donkeys and llama existed all over the world humans could get animals to drag stones with large harnesses and ropes. Alien shows are fun to watch for pretty camera images, and pretty photos of interesting tourist destinations. I wish I could travel more frequently. I also think the government has been caught being less than truthful about many things, and we live in a time of caution and paranoia. I have watched a few alien shows, and I always detect the logic flaw of "only high tech can move things" which is never addressed. Without fossil fuel technology far more work animals were used in the past. With leverage, fulcrums, rope wheels, wooden rollers mixed in with the construction monolith stones could get moved, and they never mention this idea at all. Work horse transport had a second advantage, and there were few fatal wrecks. Horses have instincts that make them avoid running into other horses, and cars have none at all. With war being a modern problem with fossil fuel I almost envy times when loving furry animals for transportation was a social normalcy and not pollution making gasoline guzzling cars.

Funny Jokes
Sad, funny, and true jokes on the Internet this week. Funny in a social commentary way. I bought a "life is too short to die for oil" button as a kid, and it keeps being more true every year.

Happy Birthday
Happy Birthday to my mom Anne. It is her birthday this week and we are having parties tonight and Friday.
Car Better
Many thanks to my family and friends which helped me get my car fixed this week. That is the one good part about this area is I have my mom, daughter, and a few cousins that are great at fixing cars in the area. The super cold weather has been hard on cars, and my sick car has been a challenge. I wish I did not live in a car dependent area with no buses available.
I lived in France and Germany as a child when my American citizen family worked there, and public transportation was so clean, maintained, and on time transportation was never a problem. I lived in New Orleans for University and street cars and buses were easy to take, and running day and night. Car manufacturing leaders lobbied the governments in many U.S. areas to make roads non-walkable in the 1940s saying it would promote car manufacturing jobs. Now most of the jobs are gone overseas, and we are stuck with roads with few sidewalks and bike lanes. Many bike lanes are painted in this area that only run near parks, and don't run the full street. House rental and sale websites want to list property as "near walk and bike trails" as the trails go nowhere and lead to dead-end roads constantly. The problem is people trying to go to work, school, and weekend social activities have limited transportation. Uber, other rideshare, and taxi rides are super expensive, often slow, and destroy a work-day's profit margin for their personal profits. Cars use fossil fuel which makes pollution, are dangerous for wrecks, and cause many social problems. Forcing people in the U.S. to be dependent on cars destroys the ability to be productive many days.

Scooters and Guns
No matter what downtown you live near tiny electric scooters and gun violence are now normal. I thought I was living in the worst U.S.A. area, but then an old area I used to live in has suffered a bad shooting as well. Cold weather and a collapsing economy are making tempers flare in many areas. People want to blow off steam seeing music, but rent and parking downtown now seems to cost one million dollars. Uber and cabs are now extremely expensive. Music fans now park at a nearby hotel, and scooter a couple of miles into downtown areas. Unfortunately no area is safe anymore. The result is crime scene photos covered in tiny scooters that are a strange mix of the childlike and the morbid in one glance. I seriously do want to buy a tiny bike-scooter after seeing tiny scooters all over the last set of Austin music district murder photos. The scooter people were the ones that lived.

Gun No-No
I have not gone out in Virginia in years and drive to Maryland because downtown is a giant gun No-No. Local news just said they had ANOTHER mass shooting. I have no boyfriend, or husband, and have not even had a kiss on the cheek in years. When I tried the singles nights in Virginia not only was the music horrible, but a hail of gunfire made everyone hit the ground hiding every two nights. This did NOT happen when I went out in Texas and Louisiana. My social life was constantly better in both states. Virginia really is a bad place to live in horrible ways. Lifting gun restrictions as the American economy goes to crap was a really bad idea.
